Shipping Policy

To ensure the timeliness of delivery completion, the data provided by the user should be complete, accurate, and recent. Otherwise, it is not the liability of the company if delivery to the actual location. O! Millionaire Shop and the third-party courier should be able to contact the user via a valid mobile phone number and email address.

Delivery fee shall apply to orders with shipping address outside the UAE. Our support team will contact you for the delivery fee quotation and payment link. Once the fee is settled and confirmed, we will proceed with the shipment of your order.

Free Delivery:

We offer free delivery within 2-3 days after each order placement, regardless of the total order value, provided that the inputted recipient location is within the city limits across UAE. Free delivery is not applicable outside UAE.

Free Online Delivery:

Orders specifically for the O! Millionaire eGift Card are subject to free delivery via electronic means. No additional charge will apply.

Please expect the transfer to the inputted recipient email 60 minutes up to 8 hours after order placement. If this period is exceeded, contact us to follow up. We will check the reason for the delay, which may include third-party issues.

Order Cut-off Timing:

Weekday orders (Monday – Friday) comply with the following:

  • For orders made by 2 PM, the parcel will be subject to next-day delivery.
  • For orders made beyond 2 PM, the parcel will be shipped within two days.

Weekend orders will be delivered on weekdays. In particular:

  • Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on a Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday

Above mentioned information on delivery locations and schedules do not cover remote areas that are not serviceable due to restrictions and other reasons. Do note that working days are from Monday to Saturday and that no shipping and delivery processes are available on Sundays, holidays, or public holidays.
